Let's talk volatility modelling

I built this platform because the conversation between academic long-memory research and practical volatility analysis has been too quiet for too long. If you are working through a question about FIGARCH specifications, persistent autocorrelation in a data series you are analysing, or simply want to understand how fractional integration changes the way you read a volatility chart — I am interested in that conversation. Responses are sent during standard business hours, Monday to Friday, Australian Eastern Standard Time. For institutional or research enquiries, please use the form and mark your priority accordingly. I aim to respond to every message thoughtfully, not just quickly.
